Handling EEOC Investigations & Litigation

Description

This webinar provides insight into the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s administrative process, including EEOC charge filing trends, EEOC investigations, EEOC litigation priorities, and best practices in defending charges of discrimination and subsequent litigation. 

You will learn how to tell if your company is being eyed for possible litigation and if so, your best course of action, including the advantages of electing EEOC mediation, as well as how to approach on-site investigations, requests for information, subpoenas, and conciliation.
