Hello! I got involved with publishing and editing HR manuals in the early 90s while on staff at the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. Due to requests from member companies, the Chamber published eight books within three years to assist the business community in employment law compliance efforts. After being recruited by multiple chambers to start similar programs in their states, I started B2B Professionals, Inc.

Over the course of the next 20 years, I edited and published books in cooperation with more than a dozen Chambers of Commerce. In addition to the HR manuals, B2B Professionals also partnered with multiple chambers and other state-wide organizations to assist with their membership retention efforts. In 2018, in a completely synergistic move, B2B Professionals merged with American Chamber of Commerce Resources, parent company of hr|simple.

When I’m not editing the HR manuals for hr|simple or working with our chamber partners, I’m hanging out on my mini-farm with my hooved and pawed friends. As if a small farm with four dogs, three cats, three goats and a mini horse wasn’t enough, I also have a dog rescue, People United 4 Pets, specializing in helping dogs overcome behavioral or medical issues to become adoptable.
